During this period we have built over 1600 homes of distinction and quality. The homes built by Seaward range from one-bedroom apartments and starter homes through to substantial detached houses, with a host of character homes in between.

Unlike many volume house builders Seaward does not have a ‘standard’ house type. Our designs have a one-off appeal because they are all designed to fit in with the individual characteristics of the area. We are able to use local materials and recreate authentic period detailing in a contemporary setting, but in complete contrast we can also build striking modern designs such as The Wharf in Chichester.

We strive towards sympathetic integration with the existing landscape to create homes where people really want to live.
