Addressing environmental concerns
The concerns posed by climate change are well known to all of us. As a company we are always looking at ways to reduce the environmental impact in all areas of our business whilst meeting our customers’ needs.
Seaward Green
Seaward Green is an internal forum which meets on a monthly basis to consider initiatives which can help improve our performance.
These are just some of the areas where we can have a positive impact on a new Seaward home at our Bonham’s Field development.
A strong commitment to reducing waste wherever possible.
As well as ensuring that our developments deal effectively with construction waste, we also work hard at our Head Office in Chichester to reduce waste and recycle wherever possible
We are currently collecting and recycling the following:
- Paper & cardboard
- Food waste
- Batteries
- Medication blister packs
- Pens
- Aluminium foil
- Bottles, cans and plastic containers
- Soft plastics
- Milk container tops
- Ink cartridges
As a result we have been able to reduce the amount of general waste produce by the office to an absolute minimum.
