Week 8 Progress at Priors Orchard

The start of August sees excellent progress on Phase I at Seaward’s new development in Southbourne, Priors Orchard.

Green Ring Footpath

Superstructure masonery for Plot One, the show home, is well underway with window formers in place.  Joists are due to be installed next week.  Plots 5 and 6 are not far behind.

As part of our our collaboration with Southbourne Parish there will be a continuous public footpath throughout Priors Orchard to eventually form part of a Green Ring footpath around the Southbourne Parish.  Work has now commenced on laying this footpath through the site.  The footpath will have a buff resin bonded finish once it is completed.
