Seaward’s new development in Southbourne, Priors Orchard, is located immediately adjacent to the local junior school and we have previously reported on visits by two groups of children who are working on a project related to the site.
Since their visit the children have begun to design their own show house in wood and to draw some of the houses using a different scale as well as plan their own housing estate using the existing site as a template. They are also doing some research to work out the average price of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses in the Chichester area.
We look forward to seeing the finished show houses and miniature development!
