An article in the property section of the Chichester Observer on 19 March confirms that Chichester has been listed as one of the top places in England and Wales in which to bring up a family.
David Vawdrey, the branch manager of letting agent Leaders in Chichester, West Sussex reports that the city was listed 14th in the country by the Daily Telegraph and ranked highly for factors including quality of schools, childcare provision and affordability.
David states “for investors looking at family homes, Summersdale is a particularly popular area, as are the Downland villages and anywhere situated directly on the coast”.
