Good progress continues on Seaward’s new homes, Priors Orchard in Southbourne, despite the weather!  Let’s hope we see some sunshine in August for the school holidays.

Our show home and sales complex is really beginning to shape up.  Plot 1’s superstructure brickwork continues to rise with first lift complete and scaffold installed.  Plots 2 and 3 are at a similar stage.

Plot 10, a four-bedroom property, now has oversite complete and drainage installed.
