An exciting new job opportunity with Seaward Properties in the Land & Planning Department.

We are seeking to recruit a motivated assistant to the Land & Planning Director.   This opportunity would suit a candidate keen to progress a career in a land and planning environment.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • A working knowledge of the planning system
  • A good understanding of Local Plans/Core Strategies, Neighbourhood Plans and the NPPF
  • The skills to assist in site identification, evaluation and valuation
  • Full driving licence and own car essential
