Representatives from Seaward Properties attended the Civic and Heritage Awards presentation ceremony at The Assembly Rooms in Chichester last night and were delighted to receive a Heritage Award for the company’s successful development at Litten Place.
The nomination for the Award stated that “these four properties blend well with the existing Litten Terrace houses (to many people they will appear to be part of the already existing terrace)”.
The citation for the Award was read by Councillor Peter Budge who explained that he had moved to Chichester just as Seaward was completing its first properties in the city. Since then the company had built many more homes, all with care for the environment; Litten Place being a prime example of this.
The Award was received from Chichester’s Mayor, Councillor Anne Scicluna.
All properties at Litten Place are now sold.
