A dramatic transformation has been achieved at The Square. We have removed two of Chichester’s major eyesores in a much neglected area and created, in their place, a vibrant, exciting new place to live and visit. Old sits next to new as The Square is being built alongside the hugely significant scheduled ancient monument, the Roman city wall, and St Pancras Church.

We were impressed by the high quality of the specification, the finish and attention to detail. The bathrooms and kitchens are excellent and all the appliances are from Neff and Bosch.

It was very important to me to find somewhere that was light and bright, and my new home is certainly that. “The position is superb; I am not overlooked at all. The quality of finish is also excellent, and that definitely attracted me. For example, the doors are really solid and well made, with attractive handles, and the kitchen is absolutely beautiful. But, best of all, I am right on the waterside, which is a dream come true.
